Refund Policy
Deposit and Refund Policy
(Unless otherwise specified) If your son is not accepted into camp then you will receive a full refund minus any applicable processing fees. Once accepted into camp, before Feb 1st 50% of the deposit can be refunded, after Feb 1st the deposit is non refundable. Any payments made above the deposit can always be refunded if unable to attend and we are notified before July 1st. After July 1st no refunds will be issued.
All payment plans for the balance only begin processing upon acceptance. If anyone would like to pay the remaining balance with cash or zelle, you must make arrangements with the camp office before your next scheduled payment date.
