Camp Policies:
Sending to camp CLC is a privilege and a gift. Our campus is a campers dream, offering exhilarating trips, delicious food, enjoyable learning, exciting wake ups and an indescribable energetic vibe. Camp CLC is committed to crafting an environment where every detail is infused with excitement, transforming every experience into opportunity and turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. To utilize the wonderful opportunity they'll have to the max and to take advantage of, We strongly believe that when there is a action packed schedule from morning to night it doesn't leave much time for unwanted hefker behavior. We expect every camper to always act in a manner befitting a ben torah, responsible, appropriate conduct, and adhering to our daily designed structure accordingly. We want every camper to have a wholesome, elevating summer to look back on feelings of accomplishments and self satisfaction
That being said here is a few main policies that we have to ensure that the Ruchnios is as geshmak as the Gashmius.
Being that we go out on trips every day the most important thing is for everyone to always be respectful and making a Kidush Hashem.
We believe to fully immerse yourself in this fortunate experience is with the least amount of distractions possible, minimizing distractions, maximizing impact. For that reason we recommend bringing a basic phone. Filtered smart phones are only allowed during designated hours for capturing scenery and activities.
There will be a phone box with a slot designated for each camper that will be used for when smart phones aren't allowed. Misuse or phone not given in will result in device confiscation for the remaining summer.
ZERO TOLERANCE
Camp CLC does not allow any alcoholic beverages, smoking or vaping. Anyone found with or using any of the above will result in immediate consequences, and potentially sent home from camp in accordance with Daas Torah.
Any camper found or suspected to be in possession of any drugs, wax pens or similar products will be immediately sent home from camp.
